Under the plan in congress an independent study has found that the costs will not go down. I don't know how much this shocks us. Its amazing that we can spend $1 trillion on this and not lower the costs at all. Here is the link to the cost information.

I need to find work. If you know of any let me know. I have a finance degree and have been working as a business analyst for 7 years. I work on IT software, but am not a programmer. I have written a couple ksh scripts, but that is about it. Maybe a few batch files too. Pass the word along. I need some income.
